ConnectVion is a multi-channel communication platform that enables businesses to manage contacts and run campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and the contacts they manage through our platform. ConnectVion acts as a Data Fiduciary when it determines the purpose and means of processing your account and usage data. When processing contact data uploaded by you (the enterprise user), ConnectVion acts as a Data Processor on your behalf, and you are the Data Fiduciary responsible for that data.

ConnectVion is not directed at or intended for individuals under the age of 18.
